Within KEYSTONE…
He works in the business cases evaluation and definition of business models taking into account systems, elements, components, and strategies verified in WP4 “Piloting” and results of T5.2 “Evaluation of the impacts of the solutions proposed”. Combining all elements, the project BCs will be defined and analysed. The analysis of BCs considers the different perspectives/points of view, combining as much as possible (and where available) all specific systems and components tested in the demonstration scenarios. An assessment of the economic sustainability of the BCs is drafted, providing performance indicators. Once economic performance results have been finalised, a sensitivity analysis is developed to show how changes in some key parameters may affect the performances of each BC. The results of the integration of the proposed solutions in the BCs allow us to point out strengths (or barriers) and potential opportunities.
