Meet Amor Ariza-Álvarez

Amor is an Assistant Professor of Urban and Regional Planning at the Universidad Politécnica Madrid (2021-present). Her research focuses on developing and applying innovatively participatory foresight approaches in the fields of urban mobility, transportation, and urban planning. She has participated as a co-investigator in a wide range of international, national, and regional R&D projects, such as: “SPROUT”, “KEYSTONE”, “WINWIN4WORKLIFE”, “TRANS-URBAN”, “SIM4PLAN”, and “VIR2ALL”. Her research findings have been published in more than 10 peer-reviewed publications, including scientific journal articles, books and book chapters. She regularly participates in top-tier scientific conferences in the fields of transportation, mobility, and planning.

She is involved in WP1 “Gap Analysis and State of the Art”, WP5 “Evaluation, Guidelines and Ethical Impact” and WP6 “Communication, Dissemination, Replicability and Exploitation”.
